of "Smart Tutorial" and the other associated applications, products,
websites and services managed by "Education Research Development
Trust."
All the users of our application, website and other services and
products should carefully read this policy with the Terms of Use provided in
connection with the Application and the Website.
In this regard use of the Website, Application, or other services
through any modes or usage of any products including through SD cards, tablets
or other storage/transmitting device shall signify acceptance of this Policy
and the user would be legally bound by this policy.
User’s Information:
In order to provide services, several information will be collected from
the users using this Application/Website/Services/products. In this regard
following information will be termed as User’s Information
All the information provided at the time of
customer/agents’ registration which includes name, contact details etc.§

information provided at the time of subscription payment which includes bank
name, account no etc.§
All the
information provided by the user/agents while contacting with us through email,
phone, sms and other means for query, help, support etc.§
All the
information collected automatically which includes, log in details, details of
the device used to log in, IP address of the device, operating system of the
device and Internet browsers used by the users.§
In addition of the above information, other
information collected individually for any issue in order to make the best use
of the Application/Website/Services/products will also be termed as user

We are concerned about protecting the confidentiality of user’s
Information. In this regard following measures are taken by the organization.

period may be shortened to free up storage space.
