This return and refund policy governs the
use of learning app under the brand name of "Smart Tutorial" and the
other associated applications, products, websites and servicesmanaged by
"Educational Research Development Trust".
All the users of our application, website
and other services and products should carefully read this policy with before
making subscription payment for our advanced version.
In this regard use of the Website,
Application, or other services through any modes or usage of any products including
through SD cards, tablets or other storage/transmitting device shall signify
acceptance of this Policy and the user would be legally bound by this policy.
The terms and conditions of return and
refund are as follows:
1. As we are not delivering any physical
asset or goods to the subscriber, return of goods isnot applicable.
2. Once advance version of our modules
being subscribed customer can deactivate their account within 3 days from the
date of subscription.
3. To deactivate the account customer should
send a written request at info@smarttutorial.org and inform us at +91 707653405
within 3 days from the date of subscription.
4. To get the refund customer should
provide bank account details and other relevant information required for online
transaction.
5. 25% of the total subscription would be
deducted as deactivation charge and rest will be transferred to the customers
bank account withing 15 days from the date of refund request.
6. Any refund request beyond 3 days of
subscription and without bank account details will not be accepted and no
refund will be provided.
